Her passion is to motivate and educate people of all fitness levels towards a healthier more active lifestyle. As a busy person she understands how difficult it is to make exercise and proper nutrition a priority but knows everyone can find that “balance of life and fitness”.
Tania’s expertise in training comes from working for nearly 20 years in the health and fitness industry. She has worked with hundreds of clients from all types of fitness and lifestyle backgrounds. She focuses on correct form and technique with an emphasis on functional training. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced Tania can develop a program just for you. Her strengths lie in understanding the client’s needs and adapting her training style to suit the individual.
Tania's goals as a trainer are to get each client working out in a safe, effective manner that will encourage continuity and of course results! Each client learns about resistance training, cardio exercise, flexibility and the importance of healthy eating
Tania is a fully insured BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer

Tania is experienced in using the TRX suspension system
Tania has attended many workshops over the years including ones in anatomy, motivation, nutrition, exercise design and training psychology
Super Fit Package
For the client who has specific goals and needs the accountability and consistency of Tania’s help to reach them!
Commit to 2 or 3 sessions per week for 8 weeks and receive detailed workout programs with updates, regular body composition testing, as well as coaching and guidance on a regular basis.
Everything you need for a $50/session rate
Flex Fit Package
For the client who needs all the services of Super Fit but can't commit to 8 weeks.
A $55/session rate with a minimum purchase of 6 sessions.
Individual sessions can be purchased at $75/session (minimum 3 sessions for personalized program design)
All sessions are paid for in advance on the day of the first session.
Each session is 1 hour and during the first appointment clients can expect an evaluation workout that will allow Tania to assess their fitness level and the specific types of exercises that will work for you. Together we will agree on a plan of action in order to best reach your goals.
